Rovers Down South of New Orleans, RDS has a variey of things to offer.

For many years, we've purchased parts from the North American suppliers and have become acclimated to the pricing. The frustration of high prices sent us searching for a reasonable solution! Fair pricing and still acquire the "Genuine Thing".

Using contacts in Europe we began importing parts for our personal & farm use. We don't offer a catalogue. But maintain in our facility over 12,000 different items. The website items represent only 5% of our inventory. Please contact us with your inquiries.

Return Policy

Returned items will not be accepted after 30 days. It must be in the original packaging and in new condition. There will be a 20% restocking fee (minimum $10) on all items returned that are not the result of our error. NO return on electrical goods. All returns must be approved in advance and have a return authorization. Please pack returns carefully and use a traceable method of shipment. Upon receipt, we will exchange or credit you for the item. Freight charges are not covered; no collect shipments will be accepted.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If damage is evident at time of delivery, require that the delivery person acknowledge, in writing, the extent of the damage, both on your copy and their copy of the freight bill and their copy of the delivery receipt. You have the right to refuse a questionable delivery. All damaged shipments must be examined. Any and all damages are to be reported to the carrier the day of delivery. All orders leave our shop in excellent condition.

Current billing address and phone information must be included with your order.

Billing information must be able to be verified with the issuing bank. If this information is not able to be verified with the bank, the order will result in a cancellation.

International orders by bank wire.

In the event that there are any import tariffs and or taxes, import licenses, documentation, or declarations necessary to have your order delivered to its destination, please note that this is solely the responsibility of the customer and not Rovers Down South.
